I dropped my U-Haul truck off on Saturday Jan 10 at 12:49 pm. I received my final U-Haul receipt with a $497 dollar extra charge. Drop off date was Jan 11, Sunday at 8:44am. Some one had takin the truck after I dropped it off and drove another 400 miles on it and used all the gas up. DO NOT trust this place or anybody that works here. I wish I could leave zero stars.
Ridiculous place the phone number does not work they were supposed to be closed. We were overcharged a miscellaneous fee of $50 that was only on our invoice but not on the U-Haul invoice and I even emailed U-Haul and I'll talk to you multiple people every one of them has a different answer and does not know why any of its being done. The charges do not add up correctly what they said online to what they were or not correct.
My GLC was washed and cleaned inside and out. Great work and a great price. Will be a returning customer.
