The cakes taste so good. The staff is very nice and friendly.

cake is delicious, staff are not. been a customer 30+ times and here's what I've dealt with: 1. today they wouldn't give me a candle because I'm not buying a WHOLE cake. after 30+ purchases this is just disappointing and frankly discriminatory against customers who don't eat entire cakes by themselves 2. one staff always says bags cost extra, another one always gives them for free. so which is it? stop making up policies as if there is one 3. showed up during business hours (store open, google says open) and staff just said ... read more
