They have worse customer service in all of retail. Do not order anything that you expect and pay for it to make it on a specific date becuase it will not make it. After two emails and a phone call with a “General Manager retail by the name of Sarah never again!! They made the error on the shipping label and the cake never made it to the family gathering for my Aunts 85bday.
