Our family ordered a cake from Lady M online. When it arrived, the cake box was slightly open, the inner plastic wrap was torn, the cake was exposed inside the paper box, and crumbs were spilled along the side. I reported this to customer support. Nina, the Assistant Manager, responded quickly but simply issued a $15 partial refund and filed a report with FedEx—without discussing or confirming anything with us first. We visited this place as a family - my husband and our two young children. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed quite grumpy. We ordered desserts and coffee, but they completely forgot my coffee. I waited patiently, but when I asked about it, the woman at the counter insisted that I hadn’t ordered it - which was frustrating and rude. Why would I be asking for something I didn’t order? So glad they have a location here in VA after having them in NYC! Their food is delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but worth it to treat yourself once in awhile. They have seasonal flavors. I like their Jasmine Calamansi, Pistachio, Strawberry Matcha, and Green Tea. They also have super cute seasonal mooncake sets! Added bonus, they sell a few products from Royce Chocolate!
Crepe cake is my favorite dessert! Definitely I don’t recommend this place. For overpriced horrible taste!
