Honestly the best cake that I’ve found in 9 years of living in San Diego. All got to say is thank you Juliana for taking such care of me and my family, she recommended the green tea cake and was absolutely fabulous!
Cakes to be honest are very mediocre. The local bakery down the street from me is MUCH MUCH BETTER. So couple with the expensive price I don't see why this place has the gall to charge such outrageous prices. Service rating is not for this location but for corporate. i ordered a very expensive cake to be delivered. FedEx delivered to the wrong house and corporate never took care of it. I visited the Lady M store and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The employees were attentive and friendly, and they helped me choose a cake that was delicious. They deserve congratulations!
So many things wrong with this place first off I requested deletion of my account and information and I never heard back from the company no matter how much I reached out second overpriced no consideration of customer service no empathy no flexibility. They just want your money.
