Very friendly staff, great service, clean environment, and super yummy cake.
Juliana, who served me, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a cappuccino in a regular cup, but no one told me they didn’t have regular cups and made it in a to-go cup instead. I explained that I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known and asked for a refund since this wasn’t my mistake. She rudely refused, saying they don’t give refunds, wouldn’t make another drink, and wouldn’t apply the amount toward anything else. Very disappointing customer service.
The cake was amazing. The prices are insane. $13 for banana chocolate cake? $10 for strawberry shortcake? Brother half the cake is cream? Unbelievable, will not be coming back.
Cake and packaging are lovely. Matcha and fruity flavors are especially excellent. My friends and I loved the yuzu matcha.
