It’s name describes this groomer perfectly - they are true professionals. I brought my 9 month old Goldendoodle, “Carrabelle” here for her first groom. She was timid and scared; she jerked herself out of her leash and the owner helped me retrieve her from the parking lot. They did a great job with a scared pup. The next groom time, Carrabelle was better but still nervous. But by the third time, she was fine. Now, she just prances right up and loves on all the groomers! The most experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and professional groomers around. The shop is always so clean and the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to make you happy.
I have two 70lb pits. They recently have become near impossible to cut their nails. Jackie got it done! They were difficult but she was patient. I highly recommend her!!! I surly will use her again!
