First time trying today and It was pretty good. Large portions everything tasted fresh and seasoned on point. My only complaint would be mixing my sides all on one plate the juice from the different sides mixed in with the sauce from the meat and kinda threw the taste off but I'd definitely be back, just get my sides in separate containers.
Honestly I thought my experience was gonna be better based on a TikTok video I saw that made me try it out. I went today (Thursday) where they had a special going on I was not aware of said special so I told them I would just pay full price since that was my initial intention. I paid $50 for 2 plates of jerk chicken, Mac and cheese, rice and beans and greens. I did not open the plastic bag until I got to my destination. Amazing experience great staff ALOT of food for the price I paid will for sure be back!
Best jerk in Des Moines I recommend on any day dont sleep on it it’s worth it crib the ribs to the cake to the mac and cheese
