This was an outstanding grooming experience, Lady J was precise with her facial, she was very diligent with the process she moved around the face evenly with the same rhythm on both sides of the face. Her hand massage just had the correct amount of pressure it wasn't too hard and it wasn't too soft, she walked me through the entire process, every step of the facial she explained the process, and she was always on time with her stopwatch.
