Made an appointment and they still let 2 walk ins go before me, whatever. However then proceeded to not give me the haircut I asked for literally at all and was honestly pretty bad. Its so choppy and uneven, pretty embarrassing. I've been here before and it was honestly great, I'm not exactly sure what happened. I know its not like a pro barbershop but I didn't think I'd get Great Clips'd here.

I have been coming to this facility for many years to get my haircut , Brianne and tiara both do a great job cutting my hair however I had to call the other day to reschedule my appointment with Brianne because of a prior appointments I had and when calling and I spoke to another representative there they kept trying to convince me change my stylist as i explained to them that I only have Brianne and Tyra cut my hair. Ashlyn is awesome!! You'll be happy you stopped in. Checking in is a pain. The place was full, you'd think they could afford a new computer to check people in.
