New Review: Very chill and great place. 2 good reviews, maybe new place for me and kids to get cuts. Thanks for helping my daughter. She might be a heatseeker to. Old review: Solid place for haircuts. A great alternative, and one of the better places in Riverdale area. Did a great job, and nice to kids.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. The lack of professionalism, bad attitude, and dismissive behavior from the stylist Jocelyn made for one of the worse salon experiences Iv ever had. Not to mention the excessive breaks during the “service”. Will not be returning.
Bad attitudes and inexperienced stylist or whatever they are. If you work at a men’s “salon” you should be required to know how to work with beards.
My sons first real visit to a barber. Prior to this we've been using Great Clips and that was a touch and go depending on who the stylist was. We had last minute pictures and I chose Lady Jane's simply because of convenience, as it was right across from my daughters dance studio. I believe it was Christine that took care of my son and it was the first time he felt heard and left with the cut he wanted. We will definitely be using Lady Jane's going forward 😍. Now, only if they'd cut my daughters hair 🤣
