Called at 6:45 pm and asked if I could schedule an appt. Website showed them as open till 8pm. Lady who answered the phone advised they didn't take appts and I could just show up. Been coming here for a couple years and had a good rapoir with the manager, Michelle. I told the lady I was coming from Perrysburg and I expected Id be there around 7:15. My grandson will only go here. Loves getting his head massaged during shampoo. Staff listens to style he wants. Live in the country and we drive for hr just for Lady Janes

This place has gone downhill. Sat in the chair for 90 minutes. Zero conversation. The sides of my head aren’t even faded evenly. Not worth the $41, and I was kind enough to tip $10 on top. Will never come back. I believe the gals name was Sarah.
