Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Missed so many spots and left the top very uneven. I went to a family function a few days following and was made fun of to no end. My Fiancée had to salvage what she could from this butchers handiwork.

Terrible will not be going back. Went there yesterday for the first time they cut the hell out of my neck and when I call to complain about it lady on the phone wants to act like im the dumb one for calling. No apology or concern but personally I will not be going on anywhere that doesn’t care about something like this beyond upset and my neck hurts.

Been going to this location on and off for years. This was the last time. Didn't notice until almost done by stylist had bumps all over her hands and was shaking the entire time. Pulling my hair with the scissors and could hold the clippers steady enough around my ears....surprise I don't have any cuts. And this is the person who will straight razor my neck? No thanks.

Worst service ever. Literally showed a picture of what I had before. Front sides and back. They butchered it and cut it 4” too short. 4 inches !! And this is not an exaggeration. They couldn’t have gotten any further away from the picture I showed. And I knew it the moment she ran clippers down the side and it was too late. Now they have to blend it to that point. I complained at the end and the essentially gave me a free haircut but never once even asked if they could do anything to fix their absolute butcher job. Honestly ... read more
