After confirming a 6:45pm appointment and reaching there at 6:40, sat there for an hour until I finally decided to leave at 7:45
I have been getting my hair cut by Hannah for over a year. She always remembers what I want and it always looks amazing!
I called to ask for availability and was told that 2:30 is available. I went there at the time and waited for 40 minutes and then they called in the guy who came in after me. BAD.
