Incredible customer service, punctual, and professional. Omer always showed up on time and did not rest until he got our fireplace fixed, despite multiple complications. He explained everything he was doing each step of the way and really cared about his work. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Omer arrived on time, cleaned up the lint that was all over my washer and dryer, unclogged my dryer vent, blew the vent from the outside as well using a 2 story ladder, AND EVEN cleaned up after the job. I can’t speak to the quality of chimney sweep services this company provides, but don’t ever let them replace your chimney cap. My contractor hired them for a hail insurance claim and the work performed is laughably terrible. In the first attempt, Omer left screws hanging out of the chimney cap, bent sheet metal upon installation, and didn’t seal any holes.
