Although many members love the laidback atmosphere and may come here to "chew the fat", I love that it is also possible for women to get a strenuous workout right alongside those looking for a more gentle workout. Here at Lady Be Fit Express, we have something for everyone.
Great place to work out for women only! – I've been a member of LBF for about 4 years and really like the atmosphere. It is casual and comfortable and I especially like that it is women-only. Dale does a nice job offering a variety of classes but I pretty much stick to the circuit workout. What I like most is the low-key atmosphere and that you can make your workout as intense or easy as you want...the important thing is to get moving! I highly recommend LBF!

Best Women's Exercise Studio in the region – I joined this studio the day it opened. I love it. I find myself excited and looking forward to going, every time I am on my way there. It has made such a difference in my level of fitness, and has helped me manage all th problems I have associated with two forms of arthritis. I miss it terribly when I can't make it there, for any reason. By the time I leave, any pain I walked in with is totally gone.
