I contracted with Lady Baltimore Floors to remove carpet over what I was hoping was 100 year old wood floor in good shape. I met with Zach who was very knowledgeable about wood floors and told me what I could hope for and how they would sand and refinish if possible, which is exactly what happened. We had our 30 year old pre-finished oak floors sanded and refinished, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. From the first call to the last visit, each person was courteous and professional. The estimation process was extremely helpful, providing useful tips for our specific job. Lady Baltimore Floors has installed and refinished hard-wood floors in two houses I have owned, one of which was built in the 1800's. They did an excellent job on both projects, and at a reasonable price. All the staff are knowledgeable and reliable, and they offer first-rate products and services. They have had such extensive experience working on both old and new houses, there is no flooring job they cannot do, and do very well. Highly recommend Lady Baltimore Floors!! We had site finished hardwoods installed in our entire house in the summer/fall of 2020. Our floors are absolutely gorgeous. We had the work done in two sessions so furniture could be moved from one side of home to the other and back. Everyone at Lady B was a delight to work with!
