I contracted with Lady Baltimore Floors to remove carpet over what I was hoping was 100 year old wood floor in good shape. I met with Zach who was very knowledgeable about wood floors and told me what I could hope for and how they would sand and refinish if possible, which is exactly what happened. Zach came back to the house on carpet removal day to make sure the floor could be sanded. We had our 30 year old pre-finished oak floors sanded and refinished, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. From the first call to the last visit, each person was courteous and professional. The estimation process was extremely helpful, providing useful tips for our specific job. My fiancée and I had an amazing experience with Lady Baltimore Floors! I was lucky enough to experience all parts of the process. Working with their admin at their showroom - extremely friendly and very transparent and communicative about the payment process as well as letting me know beforehand when they were going to charge my card👍🏻 Doing stain tests with the sanding crew- the boys were very nice and also very helpful. I hired renaissance to paint my entire condo in Columbia (everything except the bathroom) and they did an outstanding job! The painting was clean, even, and the color turned out exactly as we wanted. They also glazed our bathtub, which now looks brand new. Professional, on time, and great attention to detail. Highly recommend them!
