My experience here was disappointing and unprofessional. While the public-facing image is polished, my direct interactions behind the scenes told a very different story. Professional courtesy and integrity were lacking, particularly when disagreements arose. Communication became hostile rather than constructive, which made continuing any professional or client relationship uncomfortable. Absolutely the best hair experience I have ever had! Brittney is fabulous at what she does and even better to chat with. She always makes me feel incredibly welcome & listened to. My hair has never looked better & I have never been happier with my cut and color. I would recommend her to anyone!
