We purchased our mattress last Spring. We chose a very plush, soft mattress. We ended up finding that the mattress was too soft for our liking and I attempted to reach out to the company via their website. We did not hear back so I contacted the local store we purchased our mattress from roughly 6 months after we made our purchase. The store got hold of Lady Americana right away and was given the go ahead to help solve the issues we were having. This is the absolute worst mattress I have ever owned! My hips ache every single night to the point that I can't even sleep a full 8 hours in my bed. We purchased this mattress in April and I have tried to reach out to the company since then with no response. I was so hopeful we would get a great night's sleep but it's the exact opposite since purchasing this mattress.
Lady Americana is the manufacturer of mattresses for Jonathan Stevens. They supply many hotels and casinos with quality sleep mattresses. We purchased a new king mattress a few years ago and always wake up rested and refreshed. This is the best mattress we've purchased.
This is by far the worst bed I’ve ever owned.
