I usually come to this place and get a solid color and they do fine and they are usually cheaper, but this time I decided to get a design and there what looks to be dirt all over the white paint on my left hand and both of my thumbs are chipping now. I played 80$ for a really simple design and super short nails . I already texted them but I haven’t gotten a response

Too expensive! They do a good job but I can still get same job elsewhere with much less pay.

I came in to get a SOAK off and a pedicure , When i sat down the guy started to try and pop them off with another nail tip i politely reminded him and said i asked for a soak off not a pop off, he then caught an attitude and started being very rough i remained quiet, he then started to drill off my nails i said ow after he had cut me he then switched with the lady who was doing my toes and started on them when he applied the acrylic i explained to him i didn’t like it and asked him to redo it you could tell he had no experie... read more

Said they could do what I asked for.. painted my toes, and then said they actually couldn’t do it. I ask for them to take it off then and they never offered to repaint. Don’t say you can do something if you can’t.

Place is very clean and welcoming. Katie does an exceptional job and takes her time. Only reason for giving 4 stars is because their prices are very high, so be prepared to spend $100+ every time you go.
