Hi , I went to clean my teeth where I was covered by insurance but they charged me $40 . My insurance informed me that I was not supposed to to pay them any money and I was covered fully . It was hard to get my money back from them when I confronted them . They told me the insurance company was closed when it wasn’t . It was really hard to deal with them and the most dishonest and unfriendly stuff . I never went back to them. Ever since I feel obligated to write a review to let others know about it .
worst dental experience ever with Dr. Jaewoong Jang. At the first appointment I was asked to give myself a good 2 hours or more because usually the first appointment requires a deep cleaning procedure. This should have been a red flag for me. They already decided that I needed a deep clean before they even saw my teeth. I refused the deep cleaning, so they offered wisdom teeth removal. This office has no compassion you if you are in severe pain, I was seen last week and voiced the level of pain of was suffering from a back tooth. The acted like they cared and said I was in good hands...but when the treatment bill came up and I couldn't pay half of a 1300 bill I was not given the same treatment. As a matter of fact the rushed me out telling me they would give me antibiotics until I knew what I was going to do. I found out they never intended to put the prescription through. My crown only lasted 1 year. I was told by my current dentist it was improperly installed. I tried to get some sort of refund, but they would only offer to fix it for free. I did not want them doing any further work and make matters worse.
I have DeltaDental USA savings plan. They have negotiated prices for services. They upcharge with codes not in the plan. A deep clean that I was charged 2 years ago was $240. Today they Said it was now $620. They added up charges that seem unreasonable and are not in the plan. I feel robbed when I go there.

Dr. Leela Tipirneni at Heritage Modern Dentistry is an unapologetic, unprofessional, impatient, unethical and rude provider. The clinic has tried to cover up Leela no matter how many patients have raised this concern. My son has visited Dr. Tipirneni five times since November 2023. The first four visits were routine checkups recommended by the dentist.
