I brought my 89 year old mother to this practice. They used up all her medicare dental benefits by taking about 20 x-rays. Then after two appointments she was no longer able to make another appointment. I have called, and requested a reason why she can't schedule a cleaning and I get no answers, no call backs---but continual emails about their great customer service and wanting her to schedule an appointment. We are not going back.

I have personally tried to go to this office multiple times in August and September, 2023 and the office is locked and typically no one is there. One time however, the office manage Alexis was there and she told me that the office was closed, since they had no dentist on staff. I have been a patient there for over 6 years, and the level of service and trust has been on a downward spiral. I am sorry to say I will have to look for a new dentist! Dr Syed is a great doctor, however, these people are continuously short staffed and do not know how to run the office. They change your appointment without telling you and make you feel like you are a burden by requesting proper service. My husband showed up to his appointment that was already confirmed and they turned him around. I had made an appointment a few months in advance and they just changed it without telling me. There are So many things that went wrong over the course of 5 months. I paid in advance for DEEP CLEANING, but decided Not to return for my 2nd service because my 1st visit was horrible. I was asked to wait for 2hrs after my cleaning began so that the Hygienist could Do ANOTHER Patient, although they were already running 30mins behind.
