BEWARE: WE TOTALLY GOT ROBBED!!!!! My daughter, sister, and I all brought in a ton of stuff and they said they had no record of our transaction. I have done some research and found many reviews of this shop saying the exact same thing. They are getting a pretty bad reputation. They offered me $50 as a settlement when they couldn't get me to stop asking so many questions!
unorganized, seemed dishonest I took some of my used baby items to this store for resale -- some larger items like a double stroller, an exersaucer, a walker, etc. They accepted my items but did not give me an itemized list of what they were taking. I'm glad I'm made a list for my own reference. I went back a few weeks later to see if anything had sold. I was told that nothing had sold yet. Giant children's consignment shop Lads and Lassies is a huge children's consignment shop with a few adult items included as well. They carry both clothing and shoes and are a great spot to check for dance, sports and scouting equipment and clothing.
would not recommend This place takes all of you stuff and you don't get anything back!!! They don't give you any accounting of what's happened to your stuff. No money, no items no list. It's crap. I wouldn't use them. It feels like they are stealing form you. The owner lady just laughed at me when I asked questions and then got snooty. Plus,, they price everything lower than some thrift stores. If you drop off your stuff don't expect to have anything when you go back.
Lads & Lassies is AWESOME!!! I have shopped at Lads & Lassies for year and have always been very pleased with the service and quality of items. I will continue shopping there for myself and my children. I love the entire experience!
Impressive I found the store to be clean and organized. The owner (for 25 yrs) was friendly and I was able to consign and find some cute, quality kid clothes! Definitely recommend!
Best in ReSale I have been shopping and taking clothes for resale to L&L since they first opened. They are VERY reputable and take special care of your account. I have never had a problem and enjoy doing business with them. They only take and sell quality merchandise.
