LaDonna is exceptionally knowledgeable as regards to the market, available inventory, trends in neighborhoods etc. she has the patience of a Saint when it comes to someone (me :) ) who hasn't quite honed in what they are looking for, to help define what that is or once defined show a variety of options that fit that definition.
