We were looking for living room furniture. We like to look on our own and then ask for help. Eric greeted us and left us alone. We then found the couch and chairs we wanted and Eric helped us pick the leather quality and color. Moved pieces of furniture around to help us finalize our choices. I thought we’d be shopping all day, but we loved the furniture there! Eric was great!
Best selection of American Leather sofas/sleeper sofas anywhere in Richmond. Eric was very helpful in selecting styles and colors and has ideas for room colors if you are looking to change things up! It is fun to check out the rest of the store too.

LaDiff has good, quality, classy furnitures. Very good customer service (Rick) who took his time to help us decide on the Calligaris counter stools. I would recommend buying furniture from LaDiff.
A large variety of beautifully crafted furniture. Kathryn Whitley was absolutely wonderful. She gave us such a knowledgeable tour of so many different pieces and was able to give us multiple choices/ designs of the furniture we viewed. She was friendly and flexible and listened to what we were looking to see. I will go back and I will ask for her to help us complete all future purchases.
Their merchandise is stellar but so are the people that work here! From the sales associates to the delivery people to their photographer there aren’t more knowledgeable kinder personable people anywhere
We just placed an order through Annie, who was very courteous and helpful. She was glad to explain prices and options and to look up other information for us, while allowing us to take our time without pressure to close a sale. We would definitely buy from LaDiff again.🙂
What a wonderful place. It’s like a free MOMA. I had so much fun shopping and prices were really good. Bryan, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable, fun, and helpful. I can’t wait for my next opportunity to shop at LaDiff! Great quality, selection, prices, and service.
