The quality of furniture and decor is above par. It's the perfect hub to equipping your place to feel like an oasis. Annie worked with me, and I couldn't be more pleased with her. Professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to! She has adaptability and understands your style quickly, working efficiently to strive customer satisfaction. Whenever we need real furniture, we buy from Ladiff or have someone local make it. I love your store every night when I walk into our bedroom. Our bed (I think the brand is Copeland) has delighted me every single day that we have had it. So, I'm going on six years of delight. And our magnificently comfortable couch from your store has survived nine years, through umpteen cats and children. Quite a feat! Love this store and the people who run it!
I recently moved and my Wave cabinet again caught everyone's attention going out and in. It always makes me smile and think of the artsy funky side of Richmond.
I have purchased bed(s), loveseat(s), and loungers as well as tables and numerous accessories from LaDiff. Not only do I enjoy the staff and owners, the furniture is incredible compared to anything available in the Richmond area, and dare I say the entire region. I have dealt with just about all of the salespeople there including the owners and if I had a problem, they fixed it. Decent furniture choices, but lots of delays and multiple mistakes were made by staff. Went many weeks in a new home without key pieces of furniture. Management eventually took care of it, but was defensive and condescending.
My fiancé and I can not say enough good things about LaDiff. It is definitely one of a kind in the Richmond area as we have yet to find another store that has such a great selection of quality modern furniture.
