I guess because I didn't LOOK like I have money they didn't want to help me. I was never greeted when I came in, not even looked at. I walked to the register and still had to ask for help while they stood there. I don't plan of going back.

I ordered a backpack for my daughter from LIW with her name embroidered on it. Not a month after we had it the thread started unravelling. I called them and I texted them a picture of it. They are replacing the backpack for free. That is above and beyond customer service! I highly recommend this company as they take care of their customers!
