Whoever is responding via messenger has the most patient person ever!! It's hard for me visualize fonts but that person was very patient with me when responding. This company went above and beyond from start to finish. I ordered a bunny with monogramming down the ear and it's amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Above and beyond service and the "lady in waiting" you have delivering items was very professional and such a gentleman! ☺️☺️
