I heard good things about this Aveda salon and spa and was anxious to try the services offered. Unfortunately, I did not get an opportunity to visit as a callback was never received for additional services requested. They did graciously accept my cancellation when I phoned them to inquire about their promised callback that was never received.

Great stylists with terribly careless customer service. I called a week ahead of time to confirm at 3pm on a weekday to confirm my appointment and went straight to voicemail 3 times in a row. Left a message with no return. When I finally got to my appointment, they informed my that my stylist (who I followed from another salon) no longer worked there. They said someone should have called me. Guess my persistent phone calls weren't enough. Thanks for wasting my time.

Open 7 days a week, no tipping policy, great salon views and great stylists - the website for online booking is a little clunky, but it works

Massages by Brianna are fantastic. Add the 15-minute special head, hands and feet add-on, or the hot stones (which has to be reserved in advance so the stones are heated)

Wonderful staff and their no tipping policy makes it a carefree experience as far as pricing.
