RecommendedWonderful ladies! I joined because they have an extensive list of classes and a great variety: Pilates, yoga, bar fusion, total body, cycling, etc. The gym is unpretentious, very comfortable and convenient.
Just signed up Sunday and as of today, Friday my daughter and I attended a class a night for 4 nights! Loving the instructors, the other attendees and the burn of every muscle, even the ones that were hidden before signing up!
Love LFC and all of the people that teach and workout there!
Love It too!!! Classes are so much FUN!!!!
