I've called this business on two occasions looking for help and was met with excuses and personal issues on trying to get services. The first call was a simple fix but she didn't want the job which was fine and I accepted that but the second time calling her to come and service a business, she had personal issues and with that I just hung up because she didn't need to say anything about being sober and whatnot.
