Terrible, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. My experience has been utterly frustrating from the start. My first initial appointment with them was supposed to be 05/06/2026 after waiting from March of 2026, just for the appointment to get cancelled, since the provider I was supposed to see left and got rescheduled for 06/04/2026. I can’t express how much this place is so friendly and nice . I never leave unhappy . I really like all the front desk staff is especially Katherine , she is the most sweetest person there . She’s always smiling and really easy to talk to . Makes it easy to get things done. So if you’re looking for a Obgyn this is the place to go .
Dr Voss and her staff are amazing. I went in today and my experience from start to finish was excellent. My check in process was easy, the Dr took time to review my information and come up with a solid medical plan for my menopause journey, the lab was effective with my blood draw and check out was seamless. I absolutely love this practice!
I was having an immediate issue and Estrogenica in Enterprise was able to get me right in, even being a new patient. The entire staff is very welcoming and caring. From the telephone service to the nurses and techs, to sitting with the doctor. Everyone gave me as much time as I needed in answering all of my questions. There is a staff member named Brandi. I filled out my paperwork beforehand to avoid a long wait, and within the paperwork it asks if my partner is of the same gender as me, to which I answered yes. I made my appointment to get my first papsmear since I just turned 22 and my previous doctor didn’t want to schedule it until late into fall. When I was called back, she asked if I was trying to get pregnant, to which I replied no, and she acknowledged that I am on birth control.
