Wow! I had an amazing experience at Ladies and Gentlemen. I had a 90 minute body treatment with Diana. She was amazing 🤩 so kind, sweet, and explained the purpose behind every aspect of the whole treatment. It is also a beautiful and inviting spa. It will definitely leave you feeling relaxed and pampered.

New to the area and new customer...Had my haircut scheduled a week in advance and the salon called to cancel the appointment 1.5 hours prior to scheduled time, saying "the stylist had to leave early" with no further explanation, no offer for me to come in earlier even just for a shampoo and / or style per my request, and no complimentary discount offered if I were to go forth with rescheduling.
