Worst place to live . Don’t waist your money. The apartment have rats . They won’t do anything about. I tried getting off my lease they trap you . They make a contract you can’t break . Run away from greystone management group .
I recently toured a 1-bedroom unit at this building after discovering it on Apartments.com. While the apartment itself was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, I was really impressed by Nancy’s patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the experience much easier. Although I ultimately decided that I need a larger space, I truly appreciated her assistance and the overall experience.
When we first moved it was filled with roaches we had to spend so much money on cleaning supplies and insect killer even thi we asked them to fumigate for us they said we only do it Thursdays and never came when I had a check bounce back due to my messing up they said we had to do cashier checks for 3 mo and then we can do checks again but they aren't letting us do anything they charge us for so much to have a crappy place that is never working properly for example the Landry mat on site is always dirty and broken I've sent ... read more
The property manager is horrible. She has attitude about every thing. I do miss the old property manager. She was readily available and handled emergency situations promptly, without attitude.
Don't stay here . I was excited about my first apartment in La they said it was remodeled. It was after a few months my children complained about bugs 4 months in roaches everywhere it was horrible appliances broke every other day they don't know how to fix anything. The apartment doesn't have any air heat only ! Pipes burst under the floor which was bad for my kids . Sinks stayed clogged no free parking and when I moved they overly charged me for everything they did to remodel it against my will
