Rats and Roaches This apartment complex is awful. It is infested, and the management doesn't care. It's unfortunate that lower-priced apartments force you to choose between being able to have electricity and food in your fridge and living without an infestation.
Stay away The pictures above and listed here will show you the leasing office and the apartment model NOT and nowhere near what you will get. The apartments are old and the people are loud. If you are looking for a nice place looks elsewhere.

RecommendedI’ve been living here for about 2 years. Words can’t describe how blessed I have been living here. The management and everyone in the office are always so accommodating. The maintenance guys always come out right away. I never write reviews (like ever) but I just want them to know that I appreciate them so much.
Long Time Resident I have now been here for almost 17 years. And while this property for the most part is quiet at night outside and we don't have a lot of crime issues that many of the other apartments do in Irving. What I do have is Manager and Asst. Terrible Choice The nice pictures, nice look stops at the leasing office.. Don’t move here! We’re glad the lease is up next month! They don’t want to show the apt before you move in.. there’s a reason! Actually a few reasons.. they have rats and roaches and YOU have to pay for pest control treatments. In addition to this, management does not put tenant notices on clips outside your door. They let themselves in, doesn’t matter if you’re home or not.. there’s no privacy. I have had a great experience with my maintance issues but now paying my rent online is a concern with the new office management changing I would like to pay my rent online but not charged with a fee to do, so with paying online why are the residents who like to pay online being pentalize for this fee do you have any suggestions besides getting money orders that will help the residents get passed this fee for paying online.
I was just told by the manager Carl that my AC isn't cooling down because I shut my bedroom doors!That's actually not even the best one I've been given but couldn't help but share! I've had a great experience since moving in a year ago. Maintenance is great and respond quickly to any problems that may occur. The office staff has always been helpful and polite!
