Our 2 year old Shorkie, Moose was stung by a bee this afternoon. She immediately went into anaphylactic shock, urinated and fell on her side. In less than 10 minutes we got her to Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital (our regular vet) having called on the way to advise them we were coming and the situation. The second we walked in the door, they were waiting for her and whisked her off for shots and subsequently IV fluid. Dr Sumptner is the best vet ever! She takes such good care of our little Annie and never adds unnecessary treatment to take advantage of you. We have been coming her for years and she always takes great care of us. Also staff is always friendly and makes you feel at home.
We love Dr Mauna and all of the staff! Our Baileighgirl Golden Retriever is a scaredy cat. They are always so nice and gentle with her. She is excited to see them even when she is sick. Great team! I recommend them to everyone!
Dr. Sumptar is top-notch in her field, she is thoroughly knowledgable and has given the best care for all of my pets (if you have French Bulldogs, I highly recommend her). I have been going to Dr. Sumptar for 8-9 years and I trust her with all of my pets. In fact, the entire team at Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital are awesome, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and everything you would want during a vet hospital visit. Ladera Ranch Animal Hospital is the best vet I have ever been to. Both Docs. truly care about all of the animals and love what they do. They have always provided my animals with the best care. When we had to put our dog Sandy down they were very respectful and made a donation in her name. And when we had to put our cat down, they sent us a beautiful card signed by every staff member offering us their condolences.
