Also the ladies in the office said the gas/water bills are divided up between the residents by how many people live in each apt. But, there are people living with other people here who are not on the lease. Which means the ones who have people living with them are not being charged the correct amount for these utilities while some of us are being charged outrageously for the ones who are on the lease.
We have lived here for 15 mths & though the ladies in the office are nice they don't take care of things around here, as for the drunks, pot heads & people parking illegally in the handicap spots. I have spoken to Landi twice in the last 3 weeks about things that they need to address with the residents. She tells me she is going to pass out letters about things...then doesn't.
