Predatory money hungry company and dishonest manager. Wasn't going to leave this review but due to Ladera apartments nonstop harassment and troubles let me tell you.... Be warned Ladera has a "60 day notice to vacate" fourm. The form is not mentioned in the lease agreement. It only mentions "written notice". This is by design. I gave them written notice via email, as well as told their manager Karina we intended on moving our 68 days before the move out date. She said "ok". I used to like my apartment until recently. I have been here now almost 4 years. My refrigerator started leaking, it was replaced with stainless steel and dark grey on the sides, a long black gash on the front, various smudges, dings and it makes knocking noises throughout the day, yet management insists its NEW. The biggest issue is the STOVE AND MICROWAVE is all BLACK AND NOW THE FRIDGE IS STAINLESS STEEL, PICTURE THAT.
