I was in town visiting a friend, and since we were near by, I said let’s visit this apartment community, I’m apartment hunting for my future move to LA, I walked into the leasing office and I was met with a beautiful young lady Miss Harris, she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, because I had a lot of questions, she listened to my needs, and was very warm and friendly. Drove pass the Ladera Apartments the other day and was actually floored by the area. Love the businesses surrounding it as well as the new restaurant life and culture overall. I recommended it to a friend who’s thinking about moving. Great find!

I am moving across the country soon so I called in to get more information on the apartment homes and I must say, the office staff answered every single one of my questions and concerns. I was advised to take a look at the virtual tours online and fell in love! I cannot wait to be able to tour in person. So far, I have a good feeling about this place and its team! Thank you all
