I have an older HR9016T mower. In the last few months I have had a few problems. In order to find a cure I called and asked to speak to T.J. in the shop. He is great in customer relations. I have been able to tell him my problem and he tells me what to do and his advice has always worked. He is absolutely the best to solve the problem. Don't known what you pay him but it is not enough!
Best Customer Service That I have ever had. Called them to pick up my Jacobsen AR3 would not start. Then got a call from my new Hero TJ and said lets see if I can help. Within a matter of mins. Fuse replaced up and running. This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE Looks Like. Hats off to the best. Thank you TJ you have restored my faith again.
