Wow - 5-star plus service! Anthony has gone above and beyond to help me with advice about my ladder, and I have not bought anything from them yet, just trying to fix my old ladder. He has patiently looked at my photos and listened to my description, then sent me photos and a diagram he drew to help me solve the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of this store!
I had an urgent need for a 12-foot platform ladder just three days before Christmas, and Anthony at the Belmore ladder shop went above and beyond to help me. He bent over backwards to make sure I got the ladder I needed, even letting me rent a slightly damaged one that normally wouldn’t be available. Thanks to him, I was able to get the job done quickly and safely. His kindness, flexibility, and genuine helpfulness really blew me away. Five stars all the way!
