If your appt is before 0800, its wrong. They don't start unloading before 8. Nice folks but they aren't in a hurry, not bad but not fast. 2 hrs to unload and I was the only truck there. They also don't have a place to clean out your trailer from all those damn plastic pellets so plan ahead before your next load. Drive safe
I started working in the shipping department less than a year ago. I can honestly say we have made a lot of positive changes. Our customer service level has definitely gotten better. If you had a bad experience, we would love to regain your business. FYI as of last year, we are under new management in every area. Have a wonderful blessed day!
