Given 1 star only because that is the bare minimum. Used this office to take a look at our HOA Bylaws and such, paid the $315 deposit and have not heard back from them since September 2022 and it is now April 2023. One of the other reviews said the same thing, they will take your money and then never return phone calls. Next time I am in Tyler, I am stopping by this place to give them a piece of my mind and get a refund.
