Their son Ky is a SCAMMER. He scammed me out of $130 online. DO NOT SHOP AND SUPPORT THIS THIEVING FAMILY. If anyone doesn't believe me or wants proof, feel free to message me. I can send screenshots, email conversations and my claim with PayPal. I will be calling the Boise and Idaho state Police and filing charges as well.
I wish we shared the positive experience these other reviewers have had. My wife was getting a compounded prescription from Ladd, but 50% of the time, they messed up the scripts. Over a 5 month period there have been 3 occasions where they phoned to say the refill was ready for pickup, but when arriving, no one knew what had happened to it. Again this week she waited five days, and it still wasn't ready, so she visited Medsync Pharmacy on Vista. Within 3 hours they had the prescription filled. Boise's best pharmacy. Having grown up in a pharmacy family, I set the bar high. Elaine and Frank are so knowledgeable and the staff always greets with a friendly hello. I know that my family's health care is in good hands!
Ladd Pharmacy has exceptional customer service, the type that made me want to find and follow on Facebook to give praise. It's rare to find a company that strives to go above and beyond and really make your interactions with them pleasant enough to want to come back for business! I have always felt like a priority even when they are busy, the turn around time is quick and efficient and the community education segments that they offer show that they are here to serve us, the customer, in which they truly value! Thank you!
I really love this pharmacy. Everyone is so pleasant, helpful and friendly. All that AND a great massage chair to relax in if you want to wait for your order.
