The staff has always been friendly and supportive, but I just can't get past the time after time mishaps of this office. Without wanting to come off as just ranting, the Kokomo office simply has something wrong going on. We've only been local for less than a year, but we've had no less than 5 appointments messed up already. It's a common occurence for something to go wrong for the majority of my family of five's appointments.
