After being raked over the barrel by a local dealership with for an inspection sticker, a friend recommended Jim at Ladd and they took care of me fair and honest. They'll be the only one inspecting my vehicles from now on!

Ladd is my favorite repair shop. They never try to sell me anything I don't need. The prices beat everyone in town and the service is excellent.
Mike at Ladd Auto is the nicest man I've ever met - and that goes double for an auto repair place. I had to leave a car whose engine seized there. (Car is garaged in Roanoke). He evaluated the problem, and let the car sit in his yard for nearly two weeks while I decided whether to fix it close to home or have the work done by him. I eventually had the car towed back to Roanoke, but Mr. Ladd was not at all put out that I didn't ask him to do the work.
