Horrible customer service! Contacted Jessica about a car listed. She put absolutely ZERO effort into selling the car. I asked for a few more pics, to which I was told “I’ll take some later” When asked if the timing belt was replaced, she had no clue. Asked for the cash price, was told it was the list price. When asked if the price is negotiable on an overpriced car that is 19 years old, I was simply told no negotiations. I buy several cars a year, never had such a lackadaisical “salesperson” in my life.
