Annette with Lacy’s florist shop and the suits we got from her from Jim’s Formal wear were terrible. Annette was rude from the start and also rude to the groomsmen’s. She laughed at me on the phone, called me dramatic, told me she will no longer speak to the bride (me) on the phone, stoped answering any of my emails the week of the wedding and was very late delivering everything to the venue the day of the wedding. RecommendedIf you're looking for a florist for your wedding, don't look any further! I eloped in Stanardsville, VA and Lacy's Florist provided the flowers (bouquet, boutonniere, and flowers for the wedding cake). The only direction I gave was having a bouquet with tropical notes and as you can see from the photos, Lacy's absolutely delivered. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful bouquet! Placing an order with this company for this years Valentine’s Day. We had an awful experience from placing the order, receiving the order, and then calling to let be known that what we ordered definitely was not up to par. Customer Service was awful and completely rude. It seems to be a consistent issue with the shop and definitely will not be giving out our business to this company ever again!
