Updated May 20, 2026 I am now almost two months into my new mortgage and I am very happy. After some extensive chats with Lacy and going through the options (regular mortgage, cash back, Manulife etc.) we decided to go with the Manulife mortgage as it fits our goals and our priorities. Only 1 star, not allowed to do less than that. Terrible terrible experience my wife and I had with Lacy Kress. At first, she explained things clearly and got us approved in days. Our world was a happy place!! She instructed our realtor and ourselves to remove conditions on our new home (business as usual).... only to find out 10 days later that we were never really approved and a few more conditions had to be met, apparently she sent the wrong information.
