We had an amazing purchase experience with Niki. The home was exactly what we were looking for, and the construction/ maintenance supervisor Luis ensured all punch-out items were resolved.
They "built" a runoff pond right beside my house which has now become a horrible breeding ground for thousands of mosquitoes. We cannot spend any time outdoors on our property because the mosquitos are so bad! We have tried sprays, candles, etc. but nothing works because there are just so many of them. They come in the house any time doors are opened. It's a nightmare!! I used to love sitting outside with my pets or gardening, but I can't do either of these things anymore because it's not safe.
