Lacy Construction accessed our property to complete a city project. Prior to construction, the project manager assured us that all areas would be restored to their original condition or better upon completion. We went above and beyond to accommodate their needs; however, Lacy Construction has not followed through on the commitments made. I'm 100% sure one of your employees with a Baylor Uni sticker is a hot head of a driver. He was upset I got in his lane and decided to come cut me off & signals me to the side of the exit just to aggressively stop on the side to do “jerk off” hand motions as I passed. Not a good look for the business on the outside!
