Learned a lot of things I didn’t know, as a first time mom with little support. Sara made me a lot more confident in feeding my baby.
I cannot recommend Sarah enough! She has been such a wonderful support throughout my breastfeeding journey. She helped me through a milk bleb (milk blister) that was causing pain, worked with me on my baby’s latch to make sure he was feeding properly and not hurting my nipples, and helped me make sure he was gaining enough weight. I am so grateful for Sarah! I came to her before my baby’s frenectomy in hopes of learning how to better serve her afterwards, but I gained so much more. She helped me to discover why my baby was growing slowly (small for her age) and why my supply was low. She gave me methods to increase my supply and properly sized me so I could pump effectively and begin re-establishing my stash for when I return to work.
